Reds10 is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our growing team in Driffield. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring our people have the training, qualifications and support they need to thrive in their roles.
Working closely with the Learning & Development Manager and stakeholders across the business, you will coordinate a wide range of training programmes, maintain compliance records, support apprenticeships and early careers initiatives, and help drive a culture of continuous learning and development.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Learning & Development Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for:
- Coordinating and administering all internal and external training courses across the business.
- Booking, tracking and monitoring training completion, including Health & Safety, compliance and role-specific skills training.
- Maintaining accurate training and accreditation records and ensuring managers are informed when certifications are due to expire.
- Supporting business-wide compliance with mandatory training requirements.
- Monitoring training requests and working with the Learning & Development Manager to identify appropriate development solutions.
- Arranging external training courses and processing associated invoices and payments.
- Producing training reports and tracking completion statistics against business targets.
- Coordinating apprenticeship, T-Level, Return on Temporary Licence (ROTL) and work experience programmes.
- Identifying opportunities to improve learning and development processes and administration.
- Providing general administrative support to the Learning & Development Manager.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Desirable but not essential
- Previous experience in a Learning & Development, Training or HR environment.
- CIPD Level 3 qualification.
