Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring their preferences are met with enthusiasm
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and seating area, including coffee machines and dining spaces
- Assist the Supervisor/Head Chef with their duties as required
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations
- Handle cash register operations and process payments smoothly and securely
- Assist in setting up tables, clearing dishes, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the dining area
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours and special events
Skills
- Barista experience mandatory
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- A proactive mindset with the willingness to learn new skills quickly
