Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them through our drink menu with enthusiasm and knowledge
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with legal drinking age laws and safety protocols
- Manage cash register operations, process payments accurately, and handle transactions smoothly
- Restock bar supplies regularly to ensure all ingredients are fresh and available for service
- Collaborate with team members to create a lively, positive environment that encourages guest satisfaction and repeat visits
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for billing and inventory purposes
- Effective time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using POS (Point of Sale) systems for order processing is a plus
