Registered Home Manager
Location: Thomas Henshaw Court, Southport
Contract: 37.5 hours | Permanent
Salary: £48,500 per annum

As our Home Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead a settled, experienced team and build on the strong foundations already in place. You'll be supported to shape the next chapter for the home, maintaining the high standards our residents and their families value while inspiring your team to continue delivering exceptional care every day.
What you'll do:
- Lead the delivery of outstanding, person centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect and individuality.
- Provide visible, compassionate leadership that inspires trust and accountability.
- Ensure Thomas Henshaw Court continues to meet the highest standards of compliance and best practice.
- Take ownership of the home’s occupancy, budget and overall performance.
- Maintain and enhance Thomas Henshaw Court's reputation within the local community, ensuring it remains a home of choice in Southport.
- Oversee audits, quality assurance and governance to maintain a safe, well led service.
- Recruit, support and inspire a talented team who share your commitment to outstanding care.
- Collaborate with senior leaders and regional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for:
- An experienced Registered Manager with a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes.
- A genuine commitment to outstanding care and improving the lives of older people.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and wider regulatory requirements.
- The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- A proactive approach to quality improvement, problem solving and delivering positive outcomes.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to collaborate with residents, families, professionals, and colleagues.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
