Role Summary:
As Receptionist at My Pension Exert, you will be the first point of contact, you will be point of contact for New Business clients. Your responsibility will be to enhance My Pension Expert’s reputation, by the prompt delivery of a quality customer service, increasing effectiveness and ease of doing business with us. The majority of our clients transact with us over the phone – so you will need to have experience of handling around 50-70 calls per day.
Outline of Role:
· Answer a high volume of calls, screen and forward any calls while providing basic information when required
· To provide and maintain excellent levels of customer service, providing a prompt and efficient response to enquiries
· Take ownership and responsibility when handling customer enquires via inbound or outbound calls and other communication mediums, investigating and responding to queries and calls proactively and efficiently
· Working closely with other departments to ensure clients pass through the transfer process with fluidity
· Contacting clients to retrieve any required information and to answer any queries they may have
· Maintaining up to date client records on the business database
· Dealing with confidential information
· Opening and scanning of all post and attaching to the CRM system.
· Completing AML checks using a third-party platform.
· Processing the post and creating an invoice ready for collection.

The Person
· A hardworking and proactive individual who has client satisfaction at the forefront of everything they do and you will ideally have previous reception experience in Financial Services.
· This role will suit a proactive and meticulous team player with strong interpersonal skills with a desire to learn and improve skills on an on-going basis.
· You will be naturally customer service focused with a genuine desire to help, a clear focus on quality and service and taking ownership for delivery of results.
· You will require strong attention detail and excellent data entry skills.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
· 18 months previous experience of working on the telephone (Essential)
· Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook (Essential)
· Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure (Essential)
· Can do and flexible attitude (Essential)
· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills (Essential)
· Previous experience of working with Customer Relationship Managements (CRM) software (Desirable)
Qualifications
· GCSE Math’s and English – Grade C or above (Essential)
