Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Full-Time or part time Nurses to join our team. Duties
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing needs, monitoring vital signs, and implementing treatment plans with precision and compassion
- Administer medications accurately according to GP orders, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s condition
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatments, and interventions in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Respond promptly to patient calls or emergencies, providing reassurance and appropriate interventions as needed
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients by adhering to infection control standards and safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid NMC Pin as a Registered Nurse (RN) or RMN and the right to work in the Uk as we unfortunately do not offer sponsorships.
- Proven experience in patient care within a nursing home setting preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration with strict attention to dosage accuracy and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple priorities efficiently
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards
