We’re looking for an enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisor to join our team.
No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a small team, is happy to get involved wherever needed, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Working hours will be Monday-Friday 9am-4pm and Saturdays 9am-12pm.
Hours could be negotiable depending upon individual circumstances and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the showroom and provide expert advice on bathroom products and solutions.
- Assist customers in planning their bathroom projects and prepare quotations and sales orders.
- Follow up on quotations and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
- Answer telephone calls and respond promptly to email enquiries from retail and trade customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of service throughout their journey.
- Pick customer orders and assist with loading products when required.
- Maintain showroom displays to a high standard, ensuring they are clean, tidy, and well presented.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, stock availability, and deliveries.
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records using our sales systems.
- Assist with stock control, stock takes, and general housekeeping duties.
- Support colleagues across all areas of the business and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident communicating both face-to-face over the phone and via email.
- Organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Reliable, proactive, and a positive team player who can work well within a small team.
Experience within a similar role would be advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
