Rossett Hall Hotel are seeking a breakfast chef to join the team. Oscars Brasserie offers a casual dining experience to guests, serving breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and evening meals, as well as catering for meetings and events in our function suites.
Our Breakfast Chef will need to be committed to the role and highly organised. You will often be working alone so will need to be confident to manage a busy breakfast service.
As Breakfast Chef you will be running the breakfast service, ensuring all standards are maintained on the buffet and plated service. You will be responsible for the prep of all breakfast items for the following day and washing up and cleaning down after breakfast.
Prep will also be required to assist other areas of service, such as but not limited to lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
We can be slightly flexible with hours, but a normal shift would look like 6am – 12pm - 5 days per week including weekends.
