As we continue to grow, we're looking for passionate Sushi Chefs and Hot Food Chefs to join our kitchen team.
What You'll Do :
Sushi Chef
- Prepare high-quality sushi, including nigiri, sashimi, maki, uramaki, and specialty rolls.
- Prepare fresh ingredients, sushi rice, fish, and vegetables.
- Ensure every dish is presented to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Work efficiently during busy service periods.
Hot Food Chef
- Prepare and cook ramen, rice bowls, noodles, starters, katsu, curries, and other hot Japanese dishes.
- Ensure food is cooked, portioned, and presented consistently.
- Manage prep and stock levels throughout the day.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Support the kitchen team to deliver fast, high-quality service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sushi Chef, Hot Food Chef, or in a similar kitchen role.
- Passion for Japanese cuisine and high-quality food.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a positive team player.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
