```Job Overview```
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our lovely Front of House team! You will be responsible for hosting guests on our Bottomless Brunch: either taking orders and serving drinks to a section of tables, putting through food orders, or greeting guests and seating them.
Preferably looking for candidates who can start on or before the 21st August, though for the right person this could be pushed back to 28th August.
Role is Saturdays weekly, with occasional Sundays and Fridays available.
```Duties```
- Ensure food orders are confirmed with guests and put through promptly
- Use a tablet/till accurately to put through orders
- Wait drinks to your section
- Serve drinks responsibly and in line with the venue's license
- Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
- Ensure tables are properly set with utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Take payments for any outstanding balance
- Monitor dining areas for cleanliness and promptly address any issues
- Process payments accurately
- Report any concerns or guest complaints to a Manager
- Ensure guests have a great experience with us from start to finish!
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
- Professional demeanor when handling questions
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and basic food and drink handling procedures
