You'll be supporting children aged 7–17 in a warm, therapeutic home.
Every child has experienced trauma.

Your Role
As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you'll help lead the home by:
- Leading shifts confidently.
- Being a positive role model for the team.
- Building trusting relationships with young people.
- Supporting children through difficult moments.
- Delivering high-quality therapeutic care.
- Completing key work and care planning.
- Promoting education, life skills and independence.
- Creating memories, routines and experiences that every child deserves.
Essential Requirements
To join our team you must have:
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience working within a Children's Residential Home.
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or be working towards it).
- The ability to complete sleep-in shifts.
- A genuine passion for improving children's lives.
- The right to work in the UK.
