Role Overview: We are looking for honest, reliable and hard working housekeeper to keep operations running smoothly. In addition to general housekeeping duties, we rely on our housekeepers to be our eyes and ears in each guest unit, anticipating and reporting potential guest issues and ensuring that each guest’s experience is of the highest quality!
You will:
- Carry out a full range of housekeeping duties, including cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, changing linen and towels, cleaning windows and balconies, polishing surfaces, removing waste and recycling, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors and dusting
- Restock apartments with toiletries, kitchen essentials and branded items
- Ensure all furniture, appliances, and amenities are clean, functional, and well-presented
- Arrange furniture and amenities according to layouts
- Maintain cleanliness standards across lobbies, office spaces, hallways, elevators, public restrooms, and back of house areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned
- Prepare housekeeping carts and storage areas with linens, towels and supplies for next day.
- Maintain guest privacy, confidentiality and security at all times
- Collect and organise cleaning supplies and linens from designated locations
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, security concerns or property damage promptly
- Use mobile applications or devices as part of daily operations
- Return equipment and supplies to appropriate locations after use
What we look for:
- A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products, sanitation standards, and effective cleaning methods
- Experience operating cleaning equipment
- Good physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
