Multi-Skilled Builder | High-End Residential Projects
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Pay: £36,325 – Up to £50,000 (Based on skill & experience)
CIS Day Rate: £150 – £200 per day (Negotiable)
Perks: Company Van Provided (After qualifying period) + Enhanced Weekend Overtime

We are looking for a skilled, all-round builder who understands how a domestic project runs and actually enjoys the variety of the trade.

The Role: Impact Across the Site
You won't be stuck in one corner. You’ll be a key player in the full lifecycle of our projects:
- Structural & Groundworks: Propping, installing steels/padstones, and structural alterations.
- Brickwork & Finishing: Quality bricklaying, flagging, and landscaping.
- Internal Fit-outs: General building work, plasterboarding, and assisting other trades to keep the site moving.
- Bonus Skills: If you can plaster, drive a digger, or have a handle on basic carpentry, plumbing, or tiling—we want to hear about it.
What You Bring to the Team
- Experience: 5+ years in residential building (with a minimum of 3 years solid bricklaying experience).
- The "Get Stuck In" Attitude: You’re proactive. You don’t stand around waiting to be told what to do; you see what needs doing and you do it.
- Reliability: You have a full, clean UK Driving Licence (Essential).
- Professionalism: You’re physically fit, punctual, and work just as well solo as you do as part of our close-knit team.
