Join Our Management Team!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team, delivering excellent customer service and helping to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house team during shifts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Manage opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure the pub is clean, safe and presented to a high standard at all times.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock ordering and stock takes.
- Help manage cash handling, tills and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws and health & safety procedures.
- Support the delivery of sales targets and help maximise profitability.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Experience in events
