Support Worker (Female Only) – Part-Time
Location: Great Yarmouth
Hours: 16 hours per week (with opportunity to increase)
Pay: £14.00 weekdays | £15.00 weekends

- Previous experience as a Support Worker / Care Assistant
- Full UK driving licence (max 3 points) and access to your own vehicle
- Comfortable supporting with community access, behaviours that may challenge, and some personal care
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
About the Role
Sally, is in her early 20s and will be moving into her own independent flat in August. She is looking for a dedicated Support Worker to join her care team and support this exciting transition.
This is a rewarding opportunity to support a young woman to live as independently as possible, both in her new home and in the community.
About Sally
Sally lives in Great Yarmouth and has cerebral palsy affecting her mobility, along with learning difficulties. She communicates her needs and preferences verbally.
Sally is looking for a bubbly and energetic support worker with experience of behavioural that may challenge, and experience in working with adults with Autistic Traits. Sally would like support from someone who can be adaptable and creative to assist with planning activities such as shopping and lunches out, bowling, cinema in the community or art projects, baking and nail painting in the home.
Working Hours
- 16 hours across 3 days:
- Two 4-hour evening shifts (Mon, Wed or Fri)
- 6–8 hours on Saturdays
- Flexibility required (agreed in advance)
- Opportunity for additional hours as the care package grows
Key Responsibilities
- Support with daily living and personal care
- Assist with community activities and social engagement
- Promote independence and ensure safety
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with the wider care team
