The NHS Federated Data Platform (FDP) is at the centre of the NHS's digital transformation, helping organisations make better decisions through data, real-time insight and emerging AI capabilities. By bringing together information from across health and care, NHS FDP is enabling a fundamental shift in how services are planned, delivered and improved. It provides the foundation for smarter, more proactive healthcare, empowering frontline teams with the tools, insights and visualisations needed to improve patient outcomes, optimise resources and transform the delivery of care across the NHS.
The Senior Delivery Manager plays a key role within the Federated Data Platform (FDP) Local Product Team, supporting the successful delivery of innovative digital products that improve operational performance and patient outcomes across NHS provider trusts, systems and Integrated Care Boards (ICBs).
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, the post holder will be responsible for maintaining the delivery cadence and operational management of products progressing through the FDP Product Lifecycle Framework, from incubation and pilot through to adoption and scaling. The role will bring together clinical, operational, technical and supplier teams, ensuring activities are coordinated effectively and delivery remains on track.
