The Role
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse who is eager to learn, develop and become an outstanding member of our nursing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Environment Management
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment
- Assist with stock management
- Maintain surgery cleanliness and organisation
Infection Control & Safety
- Support sterilisation and decontamination procedures
- Follow infection prevention protocols
- Maintain compliance standards
Patient Care
- Assist clinicians during procedures
- Support nervous or anxious patients
- Provide post-treatment guidance
- Maintain patient records
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with clinicians and nursing colleagues
- Attend training sessions
- Contribute positively to the team environment

Working Pattern
We operate a structured rota system with advance planning.
Typical shifts include:
Early Shift
07:30 – 14:00
Late Shift
13:40 – 20:30
Double Shift
07:30 – 20:15
Saturday Shift
08:30 - 15:30
Alternative Saturdays may be required
Enhanced Pay
✔ Enhanced hourly rates for hours worked after 6:00pm
✔ Enhanced hourly rates for Saturday working
