- Recording management fees, letting fees, commissions and other agency income.
- Assisting with monthly accounts, VAT returns and financial reporting.
- Maintaining accurate records for sales transactions, including deposits and agency fees.
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.

- Strong understanding of reconciliations and double-entry bookkeeping.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of transactions.
- Good knowledge of Excel and accounting/bookkeeping software.
- Understanding of landlord statements, rental accounts and client/property accounts would be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise workload and meet deadlines.

You will need to be confident dealing with multiple landlord accounts, tenant payments, contractor invoices, agency fees and reconciliations, while ensuring that every transaction is correctly recorded and traceable.
Experience within an estate agency or letting agency is highly desirable, particularly experience using property management or client accounting systems.
