- 36 hours per week
- 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 08:00 - 16:00
- 10:00 - 18:00
- 15:00 - 23:00
The role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service across a range of enquiries
- Handle customer queries efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Resolve issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Update systems with accurate customer information
- Work as part of a supportive and collaborative team
The ideal Customer Service Advisor:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems
- A positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work 5 days out of 7, Monday to Sunday
This is a 16-week temporary contract with a start date of 7th September.
You'll receive 5 weeks of comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the knowledge and support needed to succeed in the role.
You will work a set shift pattern, 5 days out of 7, and must be available to work Monday to Sunday.
