Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and patrons
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders when necessary
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage trends is a plus
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old or meet local legal age requirements for serving alcohol
