Key responsibilities:
Some of your key responsibilities will range from helping our kitchen team and Head Chef prep for both day and evening shifts while ensuring food is prepared at the highest quality.
- Prepare, cook, and present food according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen/workstation
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
- Assist with food prep, inventory management, and stock rotation
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Adhere to portion and waste control guidelines
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries properly
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support Front of House staff as needed
Previous experience working in fast-paced kitchens highly desirable.
