Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate client records using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation related to social care services with clarity and professionalism
- Respond promptly to inquiries from families, and care staff via phone or email, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
- Support the onboarding process for new staff by collecting information and updating records accordingly
- Organise and prioritise daily administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of all duties using effective time management strategies

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with a strong ability to produce professional documents and manage schedules
- Previous administrative experience in healthcare or social services environments is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to liaise effectively with managers, families, and team members
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good IT skills to navigate various software platforms and troubleshoot basic technical issues
- Fluency in English with clear articulation for effective customer service interactions
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
