Tea Room & Retail Assistant
We are looking for energetic, engaging and passionate people to work with us at the Hebden Tea Experience and Hebden Tea Shop.
Flexibility and your commitment to work in all locations is essential.
Hebden Tea Experience (our tearoom) offers customers the chance to experience our entire catalogue of products according to the specific traditions associated with each tea. You will be expected to learn these traditions and our wide variety of teas to offer recommendations.
In the Hebden Tea shop, we offer one of the widest selections of tea in the UK and aim to find everyone their perfect cup of tea. You will be expected to learn these teas, give recommendations based off of personal tastes and assist with packing, weighing and selling teas.
You will also be expected to do all manner of cleaning, organising and general housekeeping.
- Retail experience (sales) desirable.
- Hospitality
- A keen interest in our product range and illustrate the desire to learn more.
- Strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills and proactivness is essential.
- Physical (able to climb stairs frequently and safely, on delivery; lift heavy boxes when receiving or moving stock between shops).
- Flexibility with working days/ hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
