Summary
Join Club 4 Kids childcare as an Early Years/ Nursery Practitioner in the HERNE BAY area. This vital role involves caring for and educating young children, contributing to our mission of fostering growth and learning in a supportive setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Plan and implement engaging activities that promote children's development.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and team members to support children's needs.
- Support colleagues in daily routines and activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Observe and record children's progress and behavior.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles.
- Relevant childcare qualifications are highly desirable.
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting their development.
