About the Opportunity
HolistiQ Holdings is developing HolistiQ Services, a business services ecosystem designed to help startups, SMEs, and growing businesses access trusted professional support.
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Accounting Partner to join the ecosystem and play a key role in supporting businesses with their accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and financial management requirements.
This is not a traditional employment opportunity.
We are looking for a professional who is interested in helping build a long-term business ecosystem while sharing in its success.
The Role
The successful candidate will become part of the HolistiQ Services ecosystem and will be responsible for supporting clients with a range of accounting and financial services.
Typical services may include:
- Bookkeeping
- Management accounts
- Year-end accounts
- Corporation tax returns
- VAT returns
- Payroll administration
- HMRC compliance
- Financial reporting
- Startup accounting support
- General accounting advice
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, ICAEW, CIMA, AAT or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax requirements
- Experience working with startups and SMEs is desirable
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset
- Ability to work independently
- Commitment to delivering high-quality service

Compensation & Opportunity
This position is structured around participation in the HolistiQ Services Profit Participation Plan rather than a traditional salary.
The salary field shown on Indeed is a platform requirement and should be treated as a placeholder only.
Eligible contributors participate in a profit pool representing 80% of HolistiQ Services' distributable profits, with allocations determined by contribution, responsibility, commitment, and impact.
For the right individual, there may be opportunities for increased responsibility, strategic involvement, and long-term participation in the growth of the wider HolistiQ ecosystem.
