The Role
The role of a Senior Security Operations Analyst at PRS is to protect the data security of PRS, its members, and its employees. Working as part of a team to respond to incidents, work on requests and new initiatives, as well as drive expansion of existing security tooling by way of further integrations and processes.
The SecOps team at PRS works across a number of disciplines, including:
- SOC (Security Operations Centre)
- DLP (Data Leakage Prevention)
- IGA (Identity Governance & Administration)
- PAM (Privileged Access Management)
- EPM (Endpoint Privilege Management)
Responsibilities:
As our Senior Security Operations Analyst, some of your day to day duties will include…

Responding to and analysing SOC escalations

Assisting in oversight of PRS' vulnerability management position

Working on DLP, IGA & PAM tooling, including BAU requests as well as enhancements for increased coverage.

Expansion and fine tuning of EPM capability.

Working on training & awareness initiatives such as training courses and phishing simulations.

About you:

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related technical area.
- Experience with Data protection technologies and Data Classification.
- One or more of the following security certifications or equivalent: CIPM, CIPP/E or GIAC (GSEC), CISM, CISSP.
- One or more of the following certifications for Identity Access Management related training or equivalent: ITIL Service Management or Microsoft AD Management.
- One of the following change management certifications or equivalent: CCMP, Change Management Specialist Certification or Change Management Certified Professional.
- Experience in overseeing and providing guidance on the design and execution of key internal controls within Identity and Access Management.
- Knowledge in providing strong data privacy expertise and guidance to the business in their day-to-day activity, including deletion of personal, structured/unstructured data.
- Knowledge of access management systems including Identity and Access governance (SailPoint, Idira,etc.), associated vaults, Federation, single sign on using cloud solutions like Okta and Azure.
- Experience in EPM rollout is a plus
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating changes to applicable privacy, data protection laws and other applicable industry standards rationalising requirements, making recommendations, and overseeing changes when appropriate.
- Passionate about providing guidance and input to the GRC lead on employee awareness regarding data privacy and security risks.
- Experience in managing and dealing with senior leadership teams and partnerships.
