Purpose:
Lead and support installation engineers to deliver fire and security projects safely, on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise installation engineers and manage day-to-day project delivery.
Ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Monitor team performance, productivity, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
Provide technical support, resolve site issues, and manage snagging activities.
Coordinate with planners, subcontractors, stores, sales, operations, and customers.
Ensure accurate use of company systems, field apps, and project documentation.
Maintain health & safety standards, conduct audits, and support apprentice development.
Drive continuous improvement and implement business process changes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in the Fire & Security industry.
Strong installation, engineering, and technical knowledge.
Experience leading or supervising field-based teams.
Strong planning, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
Ability to influence, motivate, and develop others.
