Renowned for exceptional customer service and a carefully curated selection of fine jewellery, watches, and luxury gifts, we are looking for a personable and professional Sales Associate to become part of their dedicated team.
About the Role:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience to every customer. You will offer expert advice, assist with bespoke and special orders, and help maintain the presentation and security of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide warm, knowledgeable, and personalised service to customers
- Build lasting relationships and understand individual client needs
- Handle sales transactions with accuracy and care
- Maintain store displays and ensure the showroom is always immaculate
- Assist with stock control and product knowledge updates
- Contribute to the smooth running of day-to-day store operations
About You:
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury or jewellery sector preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional service
- A professional, approachable, and reliable manner
- Strong attention to detail
