Role Overview
Al Dhafiri Legal Advisory Ltd. is seeking a Senior Corporate Legal Compliance Counsel to provide strategic legal guidance on commercial matters while ensuring regulatory compliance across a diverse client portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced legal professionals in a collaborative and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on commercial contracts and regulatory matters.
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Monitor legislative developments affecting client operations.
- Support corporate governance and compliance initiatives.
- Manage legal risk assessments and internal compliance reviews.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary advisory teams.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification recognized in the UK.
- Extensive experience in corporate or commercial law.
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
Pay: £104,000.00 per year
