The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support recruitment campaigns and help connect students with a wide range of employment opportunities, including apprenticeships, part-time roles, and full-time positions. This exciting role involves matching candidates to suitable vacancies, providing high-quality advice and guidance, and delivering a professional recruitment service that supports positive employment outcomes. Working closely with employers, Employer Partnership Managers, Apprenticeship, Work Experience, and Curriculum teams, you will play a key role in filling vacancies, building strong employer relationships, and helping students successfully transition into rewarding career destinations. About you
You will be a highly organised and customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, employers, and colleagues at all levels. With a strong understanding of recruitment processes, apprenticeships, and customer service, you will be confident in providing advice and guidance that supports individuals into successful employment destinations. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and access to your own transport are essential. Ideally, you will also bring experience in employer engagement, presentations, events, or interview support, along with a commitment to delivering an outstanding recruitment service that creates opportunities for students and meets employer needs.
