Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and oversee all documentation processes within our organisation. Responsibilities
- Organise, control, and maintain all project documentation, including drawings, reports, specifications, and correspondence.
- Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and easily retrievable in accordance with company procedures.
- Support project teams by distributing updated documents and tracking document revisions.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with document control standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilise data management tools such as Tableau, SQL, Oracle, and Informatica to facilitate efficient data handling and reporting.
- Assist in the development and implementation of database design and data warehouse solutions to optimise document storage.
- Perform data analysis using Python or other analytical tools to identify trends or discrepancies within project documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of document access, approvals, and distribution logs.
- Support project management activities by providing organised documentation support during project lifecycle phases.
- Lead or assist in training team members on document control procedures and best practices.
Skills
