What You’ll Be Doing:
- Learning how to become a professional recruiter with full support and training
- Building relationships with clients and candidates in the IT sector
- Managing the full recruitment process (sourcing, interviews, offers)
- Hitting goals and earning uncapped commission
- Collaborating with a close-knit team that celebrates wins together
What You’ll Learn:

Realistic Year 1 earnings: £30,000+ (OTE)
- Monthly commission up to 30% at senior level.
