Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Draftsperson to join our design team. In this role, you will transform conceptual ideas into precise technical drawings and 3D models that bring architectural and engineering projects to life. Your expertise will support project development from initial sketches through detailed construction documents, ensuring accuracy and clarity at every stage. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
- Create accurate schematics, system designs, and construction documentation aligned with project specifications.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to interpret design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Incorporate water treatment experience to ensure drawings meet industry standards and facilitate smooth project execution.
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity throughout the process.
Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, MicroStation, and SolidWorks.
- Knowledge of system design principles and schematic development for construction engineering disciplines.
- Ability to interpret plans, technical schematics, and construction documents effectively.
- Construction experience that informs accurate detailing and practical application of designs.
- Skills in graphic design for creating compelling visual presentations.
- Familiarity with technical standards related to CAD drafting and construction documentation.
The pay grade is negotiable for this role depending on experience.
Pay: £25,420.00-£35,000.00 per year
