Job Title: Retention Sales Executive
Location: Branksome Business Park, BH12 1DW
Salary: £25,000 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE £35,000)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday | No weekends
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Retention Sales Executive to join our growing team. You’ll focus on retaining existing customers and ensuring they continue to enjoy our household insurance and maintenance products.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys great conversations, handling objections confidently, and building strong customer relationships. Your success is measured by hitting personal KPIs, with uncapped bonus potential for top performers.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contact customers who may have missed payments or are considering cancelling their policies
- Renew and upgrade policies, adding additional insurance products such as home, boiler, and breakdown cover
- Use your sales skills and consultative approach to retain business and maximise value for the customer
- Ensure all interactions are compliant and customer-focused
- Maintain strong relationships with the existing customer base to encourage long-term retention
All leads come from our current customer base - no cold calling required.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of sales experience dealing with existing customers; call centre experience is advantageous
- Minimum 6 months of experience in insurance or an FCA-regulated environment is preferred
- Confident telephone manner and ability to handle objections effectively
- Target-driven, motivated, and committed to hitting personal KPIs
- Excellent communication skills and a people-oriented attitude
