We are currently recruiting for a Sourcing Specialist on a 6 month secondment to support our UK and US recuitment team and are a big part for our global recruitment team.
The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist works closely with our Recruitment Partners and uses innovative sourcing strategies and methodologies to identify and source candidates, finding and engaging with the best diverse talent in the market, delivering outstanding candidate experience and for building a strong talent pipeline for National Grid’s current and future talent needs.
The role is a hybrid role with our base office in Warwick, you can enjoy working from home and office.
