Non-Regulated Service Manager – Day Service
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Non-Regulated service Manager to join our day service team in Yeovil.

About You
- Hold a Level 4 qualification in Health & Social Care (or above), or be willing to work towards a Level 5 qualification.
- Must be a driver with a full UK driving licence.
- Be confident, approachable, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Be willing to take a hands-on approach and support the team directly when required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the care and support of the individuals who attend our day service.
- Act as a main point of contact for families and external professionals.
- Maintain our high expectations, ensuring everyone is supported in a kind, respectful, and person-centred manner.
- Be approachable and supportive — someone the team and the people we support can rely on.
- Support with care and support tasks when needed (this is an important hands-on role).
- Complete monthly and annual audits.
- Attend and contribute to quarterly team meetings.
- Support team members with their allocated responsibilities.
- Conduct high-quality 1:1 supervisions with team members.
- Produce and share a weekly team memo covering urgent and ongoing updates.
- Represent the business at local community events and be the face of the service.
