Responsibilities:
the right candidate will be able to work as a team and also carry out works on there own un supervised, be reliable and have great comunication, time keeping and organisation skills, be able to read and understand plans/drawings and deliver good quality workmanship within deadlines and have a back ground and good knowledge in all aspects of the building trade from footings to roofing.
In a nut shell, im looking for a good alround carpenter/builder/ multitrader who has experiance in the industry and who wants to work with a great team and help create some beautiful living spaces for our clients
Experience:
- you will have to have at least 5 years experiance in carpentry to include all 1st and 2nd fix, ie stud work, roofs, doors and liners, stairs, flooring ,skirtings and archutraves ect
- have at least 10 years experiance in refurbishments and extension projects
- have a driving licence and own van
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when required.
- Strong knowledge of building materials and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day

- Woking, Surrey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
