About the Role
Rates Way Property Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our growing cleaning operations team.
This role primarily involves deep cleaning vacant residential properties, including end of tenancy cleaning, as well as occasional commercial office cleaning and Airbnb property turnovers.
You will work as part of a professional team responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services across London.
Working Hours
Standard working hours:
9:00am – 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
Includes 30-minute unpaid lunch break
Occasionally you may be required to:
- Start earlier
- Finish later
- Work additional hours
- Work on a sixth day where required
Duties Include
- End of tenancy deep cleaning
- Cleaning vacant residential properties
- Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Commercial office cleaning
- Kitchen and bathroom deep cleaning
- Carpet vacuuming and floor cleaning
- Internal window cleaning
- Dusting and sanitising surfaces
- Waste removal and general property preparation
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Is punctual and reliable
- Has strong attention to detail
- Is comfortable working in different locations across London
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Preferred but not essential:
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Experience with end-of-tenancy cleaning
