Are you a registered Registered Mental Health or Learning Disabilities Nurse who is passionate about the quality and safety of care with an interest in quality monitoring and improvement in mental health?
Are you a tenacious, confident, flexible, and curious person, with excellent organisational, engagement, and communication skills, who can work autonomously and as part of a creative and motivated team?

- To provide management oversight of a rolling schedule of internal and external Quality and Safety Reviews. This includes the schedule, recruitment to review panels, supporting the QSR process, accurate and timely reporting.
- To participate in QSRs.
- To provide in depth analysis of various forms of information and produce detailed, accurate reports through the Trust governance framework as required.
- To attend and regularly aid the complex care panel in their decision making.
- To work in collaboration with the Clinical Governance Lead (QSRs and Regulation) on the continuous review and improvement of Quality and Safety Review processes.
- With the need to review clinical teams across the country, the ability to travel independently is required. Additionally, given the distances of travel, the role will likely require some overnight stays.
- Ideally you will have a good knowledge and experience of quality monitoring and inspecting mental health inpatient services.
