Fresh Property Contracts provide cleaning and maintenance services across London and the South East (Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Essex, Berkshire).
We have several cleaning contracts covering residential blocks of flats, driving between multiple sites per day.
We are currently recruiting for a number of positions, part time/full-time/temporary cleaner's to join our team working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities & skills required:
- General cleaning duties - sweeping, polishing, dusting and vacuuming. Ensuring specific areas and touch points are of a high standard
- May require heavy lifting
- Must be physically fit as the duties can be demanding and cover a large area
- Punctuality, time management, reliability and the ability to work alone are required
- Good communication and reporting skills - ability to inform the company of defects/maintenance required in any of the properties. Communicate on a daily basis with the office manager or owner
- Must hold a full, clean driving licence and be able to travel across London and the south-east
Uniform and cleaning products provided. Company vehicle provided.
