What We're Looking For
We're looking for a Chef de Partie who:
- Has at least 1 year's experience in a similar kitchen role.
- Has a good understanding of fresh-food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety.
- Takes pride in producing consistently high-quality dishes.
- Is eager to learn and continually develop their skills.
- Can support and encourage colleagues during busy services.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Is reliable, honest, and trustworthy.
- Has their own transport.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is passionate about food, enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment, and wants to build a long-term career with a respected hospitality group.

- Equivalent earnings of £30,000 to £33,000 per annum, including gratuities, depending on experience.
