Due to our ongoing success, Quality Community Care Ltd are currently looking to appoint a Senior Domiciliary Care Worker to join the team.
The Job Role:
As a Senior Domiciliary Care Worker, you will help lead, develop and co-ordinate a team of care workers to provide the highest standards of respect and care, ensuring clients can live as independently as possible within their own homes.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities to ensure clients in preparation for the day ahead.
- Supervising a team of care Workers and providing support and assistance with training and documentation as and when needed
- Carry out reviews and assessments on Clients as and when required.
- Carry out spot checks on Care Workers
- An element of having the on-call phone
- Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies, procedures, and practices.
- Carry out duties as assigned by the Registered Manager and Care Manager
We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic individual who can demonstrate good leadership skills, a good communicator and listener. You should also be focused, dedicated and reliable. In return we will provide training and support to help you build on relationships with your clients, their families, and your colleagues.
Qualification of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is required . Level 2 will be considered but the canidate must be willing to complete Level 3 whilst learning the role as you go along. Own transport and full driving licence is essential.

Our shift patterns are generally 7am-2pm and 4pm-10pm although other hours can be available outside of these hours, dependant on the demands of the business. Alternative weekend work will also be a requirement of the position.
