About the role
As an NSC Receptionist, you'll create a positive first impression for customers visiting the National Sports Centre. Your friendly and approachable manner will help foster a welcoming environment and support customers throughout their visit.
Working in a busy and customer-focused environment, you'll manage a variety of front-of-house responsibilities, including admissions, bookings, membership applications, payment processing and administrative tasks. You'll also help ensure the reception area remains organised, professional and inviting for everyone who uses the facility.
