As a Business Development Representative, you'll be one of the first people prospective customers speak to. Through meaningful conversations, you'll learn about their challenges, understand their goals and help connect them with solutions that make a real difference.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global technology business while learning from supportive Sales and Marketing professionals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Engaging prospective customers through calls and emails
- Building relationships and creating positive first impressions
- Understanding customer challenges and business goals
- Identifying opportunities and arranging meetings for our sales team
- Nurturing prospects who may not be ready to buy yet
- Using Salesforce and SalesLoft to manage customer engagement
- Collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing colleagues
- Developing your skills through coaching, training and feedback

Experience That Could Help
You may have experience in:
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
- Business Development, Lead Generation or Sales
- Outbound calling, prospecting or customer engagement
- Working towards targets and performance goals
- CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft or Outreach
Most importantly, we're looking for enthusiasm, curiosity and a willingness to learn.

Pay: £28,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
