We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Care-Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Falkirk Care at Home service. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
The Care- Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating schedules/rotas, managing resources, liaising with Local authority teams and private care enquiries and supporting the team which has recently been awarded a care inspectorate grading of 5's.

Due to exciting company growth, Avenue Care Services are recruiting a Care Coordinator/Scheduler. The successful applicant will have a track record in delivering high quality care at home services and be an excellent communicator, with a focus on creating positive outcomes for their colleagues and service users.
Ideally, the candidate will have a good geographical knowledge of Falkirk and previous experience with co-ordinating/scheduling rostering systems.
Experience with Birdie scheduling platform is essential to the role.
Working hours are 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 4pm Friday and sharing on-call duties with the service management team.

Ideally, the candidate will have;
- Highly motivated, ambitious and passionate about providing high quality care services
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator in a Health & Social Care setting is preferred with a good understanding of the Domiciliary Care
- Excellent IT skills & a Proven ability to manage a dynamic & excellent care service
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Exceptional leadership and team working skills
- A valid driving license and own transport
- Good geographical knowledge of Falkirk
- SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards it
