Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our BACKSHIFT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring pharmaceutical shelves and storage areas are consistently stocked, accurately labeled, and compliant with regulatory and safety standards. This role supports uninterrupted operations in a high-volume, fast-paced pharmaceutical environment by maintaining optimal inventory levels and product organization.
Previous warehouse, replenishment or stock-control experience is preferred, although full training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to stock accuracy.
- A responsible approach to handling pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, target-driven warehouse environment.
- Comfortable carrying out manual-handling duties and being on your feet for most of the shift.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and basic numeracy skills.
- Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse-management systems would be an advantage.
- Forklift or reach-truck experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
- Follow all pharmaceutical safety, hygiene, and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GDP, SOPs)
- Accurately record replenishment activities using inventory management systems
- Respond quickly to urgent replenishment requests during peak operational periods
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of inventory control and stock rotation principles
- Ability to follow strict procedures and compliance standards
- Physically capable of standing, lifting, and moving stock for extended periods
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with clear communication abilities
Hours
Mon - Fri - 5pm - 2am ( overtime available )
