JOB TITLE: Graphics Designer
RESPONSIBLE TO: Head of Fleet Wraps
JOB PURPOSE: We are looking for a creative and technically minded Graphics Designer to join our vehicle branding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for vehicle wraps, fleet branding, signage, and large-format print, ensuring all designs are visually impactful, production-ready, and aligned with our clients’ branding guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of the practical considerations involved in designing graphics for vehicles and large-format applications.
SALARY BAND & PACKAGE: £29,000 to £32,000 depending on experience
TRAINING PROVIDED: Experience is required (Min 4 Years)
DAYS/HOURS: Mon-Fri 08:00 to 17:00
HOLIDAY: 22 Days + Bank Holidays. From 3 years’ service to 5 years’ service you will gain an additional day holiday capped at 25 days.
PLACE OF WORK: HEAD OFFICE which is located at 1 Lockwood house, Lockwood Way, Leeds, LS11 5TQ
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Experience using Coreldraw, Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop.
· Excellent understanding of typography, layout and colour.
· Experience preparing artwork for print.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Good organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience designing vehicle wraps.
· Knowledge of large-format printing processes.
· Experience using vehicle template software such as WrapStyler.
· Knowledge of RIP software such as ONYX.
· Understanding of vinyl materials including monomeric, polymeric and cast films.
· Experience with colour management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Design vehicle wraps for cars, vans, HGVs and fleet vehicles.
· Produce artwork for signage, wall graphics, window graphics, and exhibition displays.
· Prepare print-ready artwork suitable for large-format digital printing.
· Create accurate layouts using vehicle templates.
· Liaise with customers to develop design concepts and incorporate feedback.
· Ensure artwork complies with brand guidelines and customer specifications.
· Prepare files for production, including bleed, panel splits, crop marks and overlaps.
· Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure designs can be manufactured and installed efficiently.
· Conduct artwork checks to minimise production errors.
· Manage multiple projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
· Maintain organised project files and documentation.
· Assist with colour matching and proof approval where required.
· Keep up to date with industry trends, materials and print technologies.
