Summary
We are seeking a Service Administrator to join our team in Surrey. This vital role supports the smooth operation of our primary care services and helps us maintain high standards of patient care at North West Surrey Integrated Services, located in Surrey. Your contribution will be key to ensuring efficient administrative processes aligned with our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Contacting and booking patients appointments
- Tracing and registering patients onto the NICS EMIS system.
- Sending and managing reminder messages and information leaflets.
- Checking cancellations
- Rebooking patients previously triaged.
- Checking voicemail messages
- Check NHS mail for patient messages
- Pulling reports from EMIS web
- Keeping referral spreadsheets up to date.
- Monitor High Risk Asthma team shared email and liaise with practices as required.
Essential
- Evidence of ability to work independently.
- GCSE English and maths or equivalent.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service Skills
- Experience with technology and software.(Microsoft office)Excel and Word.
- Must be prepared to undertake all mandatory/essential training.
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
