Responsibilities
- Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable products or services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalised service
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including presentations, negotiations, and closing deals
- Identify new business opportunities by researching market trends and competitor activities
- Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using IT tools and CRM systems
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and sales activities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
- Organise appointments, meetings, and product demonstrations to maximise sales opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in IT systems, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings or events
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
