Aesthetics Trainer (Self-Employed)

House of Girl Boss is an award-winning aesthetics academy committed to delivering exceptional education and outstanding student experiences. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Aesthetics Trainer to join our team.
We're looking for someone who is not only highly skilled within aesthetics but also an experienced educator who can inspire, support and develop students to the highest standard.
The Role
As an Aesthetics Trainer, you will deliver both theory and practical training across our aesthetics courses, ensuring students receive a professional, engaging and supportive learning experience.
You will assess practical competency, provide constructive feedback, support students throughout their learning journey and maintain the high educational standards that House of Girl Boss is known for.
We're also keen to hear from trainers who can introduce additional treatments and courses that are not currently offered within our academy.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must:
- Work on a self-employed contractor basis.
- Have a minimum of 3–6 years' experience working within the aesthetics industry.
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification (such as AET, PTLLS or equivalent).
- Have previous experience delivering aesthetics training.
- Be confident teaching both theory and practical sessions.
- Be competent in delivering a high-standard Lips Masterclass.
- Hold recognised qualifications in all treatments they teach.
- Hold valid professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
- Hold a current regulated First Aid qualification. If your First Aid qualification has expired, discounted training is available through our academy.
- Be available to work 2–3 days per week initially.
- Have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent treatment results.
- Be happy for their portfolio, treatment results and social media to be reviewed as part of the recruitment process.

Bonus Skills
We're particularly interested in trainers who are qualified to teach additional aesthetics treatments that are not currently part of our course portfolio and can help us expand our training offering.
